Philosophy of Ministry:
I. Statement of Purpose
To mobilize an army of youth who intimately love Jesus and want to share him with others.
II. What is Ministry?
To use your life to make a spiritual difference in the life of another person.

2. Discipleship ministry is a process (I Corinthians 3:5-8)

As the youth director my responsibilities include leading all elements of the Youth Ministry program for grades 7 through 12. This includes teaching Sunday School, running the Sunday Night youth group program, mid-week Bible studies, leading/directing an adult leadership team, developing and writing Sunday School Curriculum, developing the small group ministry, developing and leading annual mission trips, multiple levels of communication (parents, students, leaders and staff) as well as multiple levels of camps, retreats and other large activities. My responsibilities include development, oversight and execution of all youth ministry elements.

In addition to this was a focus on evangelism training and hand-on evangelism experiences.

My responsibilities included organizing and running all Middle School programs including Sunday School, Wed. night program, working with Youth Choir, running a lunch-time visitation program and assisting with the Sunday evening program.
